I’ll just make this brief.
It seems like there is an effort underway to try to take my dream-on-the-web away from me by using a very suspicious filing of a trademark claim!
For the details, please see: http://dragonseye.site90.net/
I have heard of this kind of thing going on around the web! Folks who do this are folks who can afford to file questionable-intent “patents”, “trademarks”, “copyrights”, etc. EVEN AFTER the original ideas were already in existence by someone else!
I believe this is what is trying to develop over my website named: Temple of The Ancient Dragons – which I DO have prior right of first expression for!
If ANY of you have seen or heard plenty about such actions as this, please post to me as promptly as possible!!! This is my most sacred and dear dream to have the website and the domain name that I have! It was a long time in coming, and I really do not want to lose it if it looks as though a legal battle is coming!

Update: According to one of the FAQ’s on the US Patent and Trademark Office’s website regarding trademarks,
What are “common law” rights?
Federal registration is not required to establish rights in a trademark. Common law rights arise from actual use of a mark and may allow the common law user to successfully challenge a registration or application.
